Nickel plating in many ways

The nickel plating process is carried out using cups, drums and hangers, that are elements of the automatic, mechanized or individual processes. Nickel works well as the finishing coating of steel and brass elements. Nickel is also applied as a sublayer in the tinning and chroming process.
 
Galvanic nickel plating is characterized by a high resistance to rust and decorative qualities. For that reason, coatings of this type are used in many industries: from electrical engineering, through furniture, to automotive ones.
 
Nickel has a density of about 8.9 g / cm³, has a hardness between 80 and 90 HB and has a specific resistance of 7.24 Ω / cm.

How we make galvanic nickel plating

It is the process of applying nickel coating without the use of electricity. This technology gives a coating of nickel with a content of approx. 10% of phosphorus. Due to this the coating is hard (after the heat treatment has hardness close to the hardness of chromium), ready to soldering and is equal on the entire surface of the details.
